Julia Rose began singing on Baltimore's streets for 2 1/2 years, only performing original music. This is where she feels she "grew up". It was on Baltimore's streets that she was accepted by the freaks, goths and jocks that couldn't quite make it. In 1998 she released her first album, "Suspended in Air".
